Certification of non-specified products

The Certification Body (CB) for product certification at VUTCH s.r.o. provides services in the field of testing properties of product type and assessment of product type conformity, issue of product type certificate for confirmation of conformity with following regulations:

• Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council  concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
• Act No. 67/2010 Coll. on conditions for launch of chemicals and chemical substances on the market and on amendment and supplement to certain acts (Chemical Act)
• Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety
• Act No. 281/2023 Z. z. on general product safety
• Act No. 250/2007 Coll. about  consumer protection and about amendment to the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 372/1990 Coll. on infringements  as amended by later regulations
• Methodological recommendation of the National Institute of Public Health No. 1/2000 concerning assessment of products in direct contact with human organism by means of skin and/or mucous membranes
• Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 84/2001 Coll. on hygienic requirements for children up to the age of 3 years
• Technical specification of a contracting authority
