Certification of unspecified products

The certification body certifying products at VUTCH s.r.o. provides services in the field of performance of tests of product type properties and assessment of product type conformity, issuance of a product type certificate to confirm compliance with the following regulations:

• Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
• Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic 67/2010 Coll. on the conditions for placing chemical substances and chemical mixtures on the market and on amendments to certain acts (Chemical Act)
• Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety
• Act No. 281/2023 Coll. on General Product Safety and on Amendments to Certain Acts
• Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on the Amendment of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 372/1990 Coll. on Minor Offences, as amended
• Methodological Recommendation No. 1/2000 on the assessment of products that come into direct contact with the human body through the skin or mucous membranes
• Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 84/2001 Coll. on Hygienic Requirements for Children under 3 Years of Age
• Technical specification of the contracting authority
